Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the petitioner being Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Berkap did not produce the folders relating to appointment of teachers.
Submission is of false implication that the petitioner had joined under the Dehri block on 28.02.2014 and just after getting the knowledge, he has submitted the folder relating to appointment of teachers on 22.07.2016, copy thereof is attached as annexure-2.There is no question for misappropriation of government money. The petitioner who is in government service having no criminal antecedent deserves

Learned A.P.P. submits that earlier the petitioner has not deposited the folders.
In the facts and circumstances, stated above, the petitioner, above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
