09-01-2019 This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected on 09-05-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 18469 of 2018. On perusal of Annexure - 1 series to the petition, it is evident that after rejection of prayer for bail of petitioner by this Court, the petitioner had approached Hon'ble Supreme Court and on 29-08-2018, his special leave was dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 6866 of 2018.

Since the prayer for bail has been rejected by Hon'ble Supreme Court, it would not be appropriate for this Court to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
