2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauli P. S. Case No. 161 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the left hand of the brother of informant by means of iron rod as a result of which he sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2026. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.
