Petitioner seeks bail in Keoti P.S. Case No. 32/18 Registered for the offences punisbahle under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged that his daughter Pooja Kumari was married with the petitioner five years back and on 04.03.2018, he came to know that his daughter was killed by the petitioner and other co-accused persons for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79921 of 2018(4) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 hereby rejected.
However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year of jail custody. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
