====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 225 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that the son of the complainant died on 29.09.2015 whereas, the vehicle in question was transferred in the name of petitioner no. 2 on 20.03.2015 and therefore, there is no question of making forge signature of daughter-in-

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 225 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
