Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2016 in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 registered under Sections 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of the Bihar Excise Act.

According to the prosecution, 1585.08 litres of wine have been recovered from a Container bearing Registration No. N.L.-0101177. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the alleged vehicle does not keep concern with this petitioner. Neither the petitioner is owner nor the driver of the said vehicle. 5.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
