Petitioners are in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018 for the offence under sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits in the instant case without any case of theft or TIP of the alleged stolen article is unfounded.

He submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 6.10.2018. Considering the totality of the fact discussed hereinabove, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
