2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 332/2022 instituted for the offence u/s 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15337 of 2023 with a direction to expedite the trial as soon as possible.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 11.7.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that out of five charge sheeted witnesses, two are remain to be examined and four months time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31839 of 2024(3) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 is required to conclude the trial.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within stipulated period of time i.e. four months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
