2. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had joined services on 22.10.1977 on the post of Nurse Grade - A and stood retired from services on 30.11.2013 thereby, she had completed about 36 years in the services, referring to the memo no. 859 dated 29.03.2007, Annexure - P/1, he further submits that even after the recommendation made by the competent authority the respondents did not make entry into the service book of the petitioner and for that reason she did not get her due from the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.5972 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 although, she is entitled for payment of arrears as well as the revised pension. She continuously made her representation before the respondents but, no decision has been taken by the concerned respondent. Lastly, he submit that this petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondent i.e. respondent no. 5 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 14.01.2022, Annexure - P/3 within any specific period fixed by this Court.

3. The above prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State Counsel.

4. On the basis of submissions made by both the counsels, the petition is disposed of, respondent no. 5 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner i.e. Annexure - P/3 dated 14.01.2022, in accordance with relevant rules and laws and pass a reasoned order as early as possible within three months from the receipt of Order of this Court.
