The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to run a Child Care named and styled as "Maa Bhawani Child Care". Allegedly, the petitioner in connivance with the co-accused Mohan Singh injected poison to the daughter of the informant, as a result whereof, informant's daughter died.

It is submitted that co-accused, Sanjay Kumar Singh faced trial and after full fledged trial, co-accused was acquitted of the charges vide judgment dated 20-09-2016 passed in S.Tr. No. 147 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50123 of 2016 (4) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saran at Chapra.
