The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case of the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76303 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Begusarai in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
