JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No.543 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 364, 504, 34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they have forcibly lifted the deceased and thereafter, dead body was found.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no motive to kill the deceased.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.20695 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned trial court on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court.
