JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. This petition is filed for setting aside the order taking cognizance dated 06.07.2013, passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.183 of 2013. The cognizance of the offence has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no prima facie case is made out against the petitioners. However, the report dated 14.06.2017 of the 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur reflects that
