The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karpi (Sahar Telpa) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341/323/328/307/504/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the IPC was added.
Learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para 1 and prayer portion of the bail petition.
It is alleged in the written report that the informant has love affairs with this petitioner for last 3-4 years. The informant was brought to the house of Ranjeet Singh @
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74111 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Ranjeet Singh Yadav who was father of this petitioner and Rajeet Singh forcibly administered poison in her mouth and this petitioner brought the informant to hospital for treatment. It has further been submitted that Ranjeet Singh has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 6.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 7145 of 2018. There is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.8.2018 having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session JudgeIInd, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi (Sahar Telpa) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
