This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Under a written agreement, executed in the year 2011, the petitioner was assigned work for installation and running of silent generator for a period of one year. After five years of the agreement, on inspection, it was found that instead of silent generator, a vibrating generator was installed by the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the contract period of one year had already lapsed without any further agreement between the parties, hence, it can not be blamed that the petitioner cheated to the informant in pursuance of the aforesaid agreement.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like
