JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 (G.R. No. 34 of 2020) for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 05.01.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
