JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2023 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.8.2020, passed in CWJC No. 7905 of 2019, as also in obedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 15.12.2023, passed in the present case, the opposite party i.e. the Bihar Public Service Commission has sent the recommendation for appointment of the petitioner herein, to the State Government, subject to the result of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1172 of 2021(13) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 Special Leave Petition pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court, vide letter dated 20.12.2023, which has been handed over to this Court and has been taken on record.

It is expected that the State Government shall issue the appointment letter, after necessary verification of the certificates of the petitioner, within a period of one week from today. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now since the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of, has stood complied with, the present petition be disposed off.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
