JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2022 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.02.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 5844 of 2020, the learned court of Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Khagaria has passed an order dated 30.10.2021 in Essential Commodities case no. 04 of 2020-21, whereby and whereunder it has been directed that the petitioner be paid the value of the rice in question, whereafter the price of rice, to the tune of Rs. 3,54,574/-, has also been paid to the petitioner. This was necessitated on account of the petitioner having approached the learned District Magistrate after some delay i.e. only on 22.02.2021, however, prior to that, the auction of the rice of the petitioner had already

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the price of the rice in question is much more, hence he be granted liberty to agitate his grievance by availing such other alternative remedies, as are available under the law.
