2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2016 in connection with Pranpur (Roshna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 324, 341, 379, 307, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the accusations are improbable considering that the petitioner claims to be a person of advanced age of about 65 years. The alleged occurrence transpired owing to lad dispute and the parties are related to each other.

4. Learned A.P.P. assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu resist the prayer for bail.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and

No.50349 of 2016 (6) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 gravity of the offence as well as the nature of injuries being of grievous nature on the head of the informant which appears to corroborate the accusations, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
