Mr. Manish Dhari Singh, learned Advocate for the Patna University submits that the grievance of the petitioner was only confined to publication of the original certificate as well as migration certificate in his favor with respect to B.Com. Hons. examination for the Session 1988-1991. He is in receipt of the instruction based upon which he submits that necessary correction has been made in the registration number of the petitioner and the original certificate and mark-sheet have already been issued in his favor.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the University, the present writ petition stands disposed.
