2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that the complainant in total gave Rs. 83,000/- to Petitioner No. 1 in his bank account from C.S.P., Gaurishankar Bharti at Chanaua for sending the complainant outside India for employment but neither the accused persons sent him outside the country nor

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24262 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 returned the money. Petitioners have got two criminal antecedents.
