The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case, F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and the name of the petitioner came on the basis of secret information received by the police from spy. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not named in the F.I.R. and he has remained in custody for more than eight months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
