2. This writ application has been filed for a direction to the Circle Officer, Kochas, Rohtas (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the mutation application which has been filed by the petitioner on 09.03.2019.

Learned counsel for the State submits that Mutation Application Case Nos. 409 and 410 of 2019-20 have already been rejected/disposed of on 06.03.2020 on the basis of the report of Karamchari (photocopy of the orders of Mutation Case Nos. 409 and 410 annexed as Annexure A/1 & Annexure A/11 to the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4).

4. Considering the fact that the mutation application filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of by the respondent No. 4 vide order dated 06.03.2020, this writ application has become infructuous.

5. This case is, accordingly, dismissed.
