The sole petitioner who is in custody since 2.7.2016 in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 227 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) and 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned petitioner that petitioner is having clean antecedent however on accusation of recovery of huge quantity of Nepali wine petitioner has been detained.
