The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in brief is that the accused persons obtained loan from the bank on the basis of forged documents. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 28-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no other substantive

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20360 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioners in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 40,000/- in the court below subject to final outcome of the case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs. forty thousand in the court below which will be subject to final outcome of the case. On doing so, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S.
