This is second attempt made on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was refused vide order dated 22.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19398/2014 with a direction to surrender before the court below within fortnight and seek regular bail where his prayer may be considered on its own merit. Instead of doing so, the petitioner appears renewing his prayer under Section 438 Cr.P.C. before learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, which was turned down vide order dated 13.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2070/2014, consequently the present application.

There appears no reason to entertain this application. The conduct of the petitioner disentitles him for the privilege sought, consequently, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby refused in connection with Complaint Case No. 191 of 2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
