JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.33 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that two similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Dilip Kumar and Umesh Prasad Patel have already been granted pre-arrest bail by different Benches of this Court vide order dated 07.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15362 of 2017 and order dated 12.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13325 of 2017 respectively, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22221 of 2017 (3) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today.
