The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 373 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has falsely been made accused in this case. In course of investigation, there is no material against him. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22764 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2017 2/2 to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 373 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
