Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation is of cruelty and torture in various ways for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be father-in-law aged about 68 years, has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.07.2016. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons, mother-in-law and unmarried Nanad

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45115 of 2016 (4) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 of the deceased, have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 42682 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.47 of 2016.
