JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in Complaint Case No.604/99 registered under Sections 323, 379 and 498(A) of I.P.C.
The accusation is of torture and demand of dowry against the petitioner whereas the marriage of the complainant with the petitioner had taken place in the year, 1991. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour but she is not ready to live with him.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52575 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-1st ,Vaishali at Hajipur, in Complaint Case No.604/99.
