Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 168 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 327, 395, 450 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is only implicated in this case due to village politics only.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 168 of 2022.
