JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No. 154 of 2018 registered under Sections 406,409 and 420 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation as per the FIR is of allotment of Rs. 1,54,282.00 was given to the petitioner who happens to the headmistress of the school for construction of additional classroom and stair work, however, she has misappropriated the money and did not complete the work.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that impugned order itself shows that Bihar Education Project Officer, Buxar has issued a letter addressed to the District Programme Officer, Buxar to show that work has now been completed.
