The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 02.05.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Basis accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is alleged that entire in-laws family used to assault the informant and ultimately after snatching the jewellery, the informant was driven out from the matrimonial house. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during medical examination of the informant, the Doctor has only found pain in whole body and no injury has been found.

Considering the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S.
