JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The occurrence took place in view of fighting between the she buffalo.

The petitioners submit that there is a case and counter case and no injuries have been sustained by the prosecution side. He submits that some of the accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25605 of 2015.

In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48708 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2 / 2 above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nishit Dayal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case no. 02 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
