The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016 registered under Section 47 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act 2016.

Regard being had to the alleged recovery of small quantity of 11.250 liter of liquor from a bag in possession of the petitioner, the petitioner above named who is in custody since 17th of July, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
