2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of snatching a mobile. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27059 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- IXth, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the close blood relative of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner has claimed that he is accused in Digha P.S. Case No. 420 of 2022 and no other case is pending against him. At the time of accepting bail bonds, the Court below will verify the fact as to whether the petitioner is accused in Digha P.S. Case No. 420 of 2022 only apart from this present case and if it is found true, then his bail bonds shall be accepted. If he is accused in more cases which have not been mentioned in the petition then his bail bonds shall not be accepted by the Court below.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Digha Police Station, District- Patna on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
