2. The petitioners want extension of career progression to them after completion of 12 and 24 years of services. It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that earlier the same was/were not extended to the School Teachers but after coming of the resolution no. 1071 dated 07.10.2021 issued under the signature of the Deputy Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna, the Teachers have also come under the net.

3. He as such submits that the matter can be disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education to take up the same and pass necessary order.

4. If the petitioners prefer their separate representation (s) before the respondent no. 2, the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, the same

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
