The counsel for the Bihar State Co-operative Land Development Bank Ltd. is present and submits that the writ application, i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 7615 of 2000, was allowed, vide order dated 29.09.2000 and the same was put to challenge in L.P.A. No. 1528 of 2000 and it was heard along with L.P.A. No. 2012 of 2010 and the order of the Single Judge was set aside and accordingly, the Letters Patent Appeals were allowed.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
