The limited prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction to the appellate authority under the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 and 'the Rules' framed thereunder i.e. the District Magistrate, Gaya to consider and dispose of the Forest Appeal No.12 of 2014 arising out an order passed by the Authorized Officer -cum- Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Gaya in Confiscation Case No.33 of 2014. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited grievance raised herein, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya to consider and dispose of the Forest Appeal No.12 of 2014 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1035 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
