ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 419, 420 and 423 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 pending before Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
