This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 469 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
From the house of the petitioner, the police recovered 75 liters of illicit country made wine stored in plastic containers. Considering the nature of allegation and the adverse impact on the society of the alleged activities in which the petitioner has herself, I am not inclined to grant her the privilege of anticipatory bail.
This application is rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court
below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised, If she does so, her application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this court.
