Petitioner seeks bail in Sandesh P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No TIP has been held. The name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of Rahul Kumar.
