2. The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondent-Authorities to dispose of the representation dated 04.10.2023 which has been filed by the petitioner before the District Education Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 3).

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Patna (Respondent No. 3) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of six weeks from today.
