JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 15-03-2016 The grievance of the petitioner is against non-compliance of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court dated 22nd July, 1991, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be paid salary after his joining, preferably within a period of three months at the headquarters.

In the show cause the reply is that the petitioner was posted at District Tuberculosis Centre, Dhanbad by creating vacancy with a view to accommodate him. It has been further stated that appointments made by Dr. A.A. Malik have been considered by the High Level Committee and all appointments made by him have been cancelled after publishing notices in the newspapers.

Patna High Court MJC No.224 of 1992 (12) dt.15-03-2016 In view of the stand taken in the show cause, we do not find any further order is called for.

The present petition stands disposed of.
