JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354-B, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties for the occurrence of the same day.

However, learned counsel appearing for the informant opposed the prayer but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1178 of 2019(3) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumar Khand P.S. Case No. 160/2018.
