This writ application has been filed for the following relief:- (i) To direct the respondent authorities to dispose the representation filed on behalf petitioner dated 02.03.2024 along with the reply dated 23.11.2023 before the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board (Senior Secondary), Buddha Marg, Patna i. e,. Annexure p/5 to the writ application .
3 . In view of the limited nature of prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 , i . e,. the Director (Academic),
Patna High Court CWJC No.6821 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 Bihar School Examination Board (Senior Secondary), Buddha Marg, Patna to dispose of the representation filed by this petitioner i. e,. Annexure - P/5 to this writ application in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, and pass a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
