The petitioner is in custody in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the police on search recovered country made pistol and cartridges. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018.
