JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47681 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 27.05.2014, there is no eye witness of the occurrence, the three witnesses only have stated that they have seen the petitioner with handle of hand pump having blood stained to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner has confessed his guilt also.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, considering the period of detention, again learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the
