Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Arwal P.S. Case No.13 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner joined as Panchayat Teacher, Primary School, Hasanpur Pipara of Amara Gram Panchayat by producing forged mark sheet of BETET showing that she has qualified in the examination, but after verification it was found that she has got 21 marks which is 14% and she has not qualified, but in the mark sheet submitted by the petitioner it is mentioned that she has secured 90 marks which is 60% and she has qualified.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24058 of 2017 (4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 Counsel for the State has submitted that prayer of anticipatory bail of one of the co-accused, Seema Kumari, has already been rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.22065 of 2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender in the Court below and seek regular, which shall be considered and disposed off in accordance on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
