The petitioner seeks bail in POCSO Case No. 18A of 2017 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 396 of 2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 366 (A) of the IPC. It is alleged in the written report that after getting opened the door of the house of the informant this petitioner called her daughter namely Manju Kumari and took her away. The informant went to inquire about her daughter, then she was assaulted by the petitioner and his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the learned Sessions Judge in impugned order has mentioned that daughter of informant was married with one Sanjay Ram,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75855 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 which is evident from statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.1st, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with POCSO Case No. 18(A)/17 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.396 of 2016. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
